As a sleep remedy: Adults 25 drops in some water half an hour before sleeping. Children over 6 years old: 10 drops in some water half an hour before sleeping. For mild anxiety: Adults, 10-20 drops in some water once or twice daily and children over 6 years old 10 drops in some water once a day.
