Multi-Guard Hair, Skin and Nails multivitamin gummies are a formula of 12 micronutrients with biotin and zinc to maintain the normal condition of hair, skin and nails*. In addition, it contains vitamin C, which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of the skin.

The special feature of this particular formulation is the very high biotin content (450μg/ gummy), which makes it one of the highest-strength formulations available in gummy form.

As with all formulations in the Lamberts® gummy series, Multi Guard gummies:

They do not contain gelatin.

Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fibers are used as a sweetener and as a gelatin substitute. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates, found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as the majority of them are used as a nutrient substrate for the growth of normal intestinal bacterial flora (mainly the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus).
