Health Aid Valerian Liquid 50ml

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) by Solgar has calming and relaxing properties for nerves. It also has anti-convulsive properties and is useful in cases of insomnia, tension, anxiety, irritability and muscle spasms. Although some herbal manuals draw attention to long-term high doses of valerian, clinical studies have not shown any problems.

 

Shake well before use and put 20-30 drops (about 1ml) in a small amount of hot water and leave for 2 to 3 minutes, for the alcohol to evaporate. It is taken 2-3 times a day.
