Blow your nose.
Remove the protective cap.
Before first use, press the nozzle firmly a few times until the solution comes out evenly.
With your head in an upright position, spray into each nostril, inhale slightly through the nose.

After each use, clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap.
Store in a dry place and in the original packaging.
