Use the Solid Color Eyeliner Pencil to precisely draw a line along your upper lash line. Start at the inner corner of your eye, and try to stay as close to your lashes as possible for a bold look. Finish the line where your lashes end, or extend it further out for an even more intense look.

Tip: For a softer look, use a small brush and gently sweep the eyeliner upwards to soften any harsh lines.
