Melacron Tablets is a dietary supplement that helps with sleep disorders. Thanks to Melatonin Miniactives ® slow release, a constant and gradual release of Melatonin is achieved in the body during sleep, so that sleep is continuous and refreshing. In addition, L-Tryptophan, Glycine and vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to mood, sleep quality and stress reduction, completing the composition and acting synergistically with Melatonin for optimal effect.

Component Actions

Melatonin is known among other things for helping the body fall asleep faster and reducing movement during sleep. In Melacron tablets ® , it is in the form of Melatonin Miniactives ® Retard, i.e. in a high-tech and patented form that allows the slow release of the substance in the body. Also, the high bioavailability of Melatonin is ensured throughout sleep, while its absorption is not affected by the pH of the stomach.

L-Tryptophan is known for its anti-anxiety effect, while also helping to regulate mood. It is a precursor substance of Melatonin and Serotonin, promoting a refreshing sleep and reducing night awakenings.

Glycine and vitamins B3 and B6 improve the quality of sleep.

Recommended dose for daily consumption: 

1 tablet a day, just before going to bed
