Sambucus: Sambucus (Elderberry Nigra) is a superfood, in the category of Flowering Plants, that exhibits a strong antioxidant effect thanks to the anthocyanins and other flavonoids it contains.

In the case of a productive cough: favors the elimination of mucus due to its moisturizing effect.
In the case of a dry cough: it protects the mucous membrane in the pharynx from irritating substances, having a soothing effect on the irritated mucous membrane.

Echinacea’s use is dated at least since 1600 A.C. in America. Clinical studies have shown that echinakini, a glycoside contained in the plant, fights bacteria as a natural antibiotic. Sambucus: 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200ml).

Anasa Syrup: Take 10ml (measured with the enclosed dosing cap) two or three times a day.

Echinacea: Take 1-2 capsules per day. The use of Echinacea is not recommended for nursing women, children under the age of 2, and people who suffer from tuberculosis and/or other autoimmune diseases. Children under the age of 8 should take half the dosage. Echinacea should not be used for more than 6 consequent weeks.
