My ElementsBeautinCollagen 500ml is a liquid drinkable collagen (based on Peptan™ from fish) fortified with hyaluronic acid, magnesium, vitamins A, B complex, C, biotin and zinc.

Biotin: 100μg (200% RDA)
Vitamin A: 400μg (50% RDA)
Zinc: 10mg (100% RDA)
Magnesium (gluconate): 115mg (30.7% RDA)

• Dosage: 1 dose (30ml) daily, ideally before bedtime.
